H&M has expanded substantially in recent years and today we have around 2,500 stores spread across 44 markets. In September 2006, H&M opened its first stores in the Middle East, in Dubai. The Dubai and Middle Eastern stores are managed through a franchising agreement with Alshaya. By offering wardrobe essentials alongside high fashion in each collection, H&M makes it easy for customers to combine different clothes and find their own personal style.
